Chester Midsummer Watch 2017
The Chester’s Midsummer Watch is a parade, held around Chester city centre. It is a pageant which hails midsummer and is some 500 years old as a tradition. It is the oldest and most colourful parade in the country. A rich and vibrant tapestry of colour and enthusiasm. With all its array of different characters; from Pirates to Roman soldiers, ancient Celtic gods to the amazing GIANTS. I was there taking photos for the Chester Family of Giants.
