On the 9th of September 2013, Frances’ 70th Birthday celebrations were had at the Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh. Hosted by her husband Paul, the proceedings at this hotel patronized by the Queen, was a very grand affair. The party took place on Burns night, and with the obligatory cutting of a ceremonial Haggis, and a rendition of the poets’ work, was recited by a kilted piper.
